This is a new playpen for Babies or Puppies but it is not complete. It is missing one corner triangular connector and 4 17" metal tubes. These items can be purchased on Amazon. I have photographed it partially constructed. The box was torn open and some of the pieces came out. The warranty card is still attached to the bottom which indicates it hasn't been used. There is no storage bag included.
The 2nd photo shows what the pen will look like fully assembled. The box that it comes in is not the correct box for this pen.
