This is an amusing piece of functional folk art by potter John Pettus. It is a 6-inch coin bank of a googly-eyed duck wearing a cowboy hat. Unlike his hat and body, his bill and feet are not glazed so they feel textured. The bottom has felt pads to protect furniture and the rubber stopper is original.
