Fabulous and super original full skirt, done entirely in neoprene with a velcro closure, by Clover Canyon! Collectors item, they were only in business 5 years (look up their runway shows, they were absolutely gorgeous!)! Really fun skirt, with its juxtaposition of a retro full A-line skirt and the neoprene and asymmetrical design that are so futuristic. A one of a kind conversation piece!
