When this book was bound, most likely in 1952, it was the smallest type printed book it the world. It was produced by the Gutenberg Museum in Mainz, Germany, to help raise funds for the building reconstruction after WWII. The words are so small that a strong magnifying glass is needed to read it. It contains the Lord’s Prayer in seven languages: American and British English, German, French, Spanish, Dutch, and Swedish. The translation for the writing on the box is: “The smallest book in the world with the content ‘The Lord’s Prayer’ in 7 languages. Presented by Work Mainz of IBM Germany.” The book is in good condition. The case is worn.
