This listing is for a Vintage 1980's Tonka Kids Orange Plastic Hard Hat Toy. It came with adjustable bands, but as you see the inside bands have broken off. (Pics. 9, 10, 11, and 12)) It does have surface scratches on the outside of the helmet from play and storage. There are also some white areas that almost look like dried soap residue, but I have not been able to wash or rub them off.(Pics. 3, 7 & 8). There is some corrosion on the inside brackets that held the adjustable bands. (Pics. 9 & 10 There are 2 black spots on the right side of the helmet. (Pic. 6) Overall, it is a good sturdy helmet for pretend play. It is from a smoke free and pet free home with one owner.
