I'm unsure how to turn it on, so I'm selling it as non-working. I did put batteries in, and nothing happened, but he was working when put into storage many years ago.
*****UPDATING to add that I tried fresh batteries and pushed the reset button. At first, he did nothing, but I gave him a little shake and he started making noises, moving his ears, eyes, and mouth. I took out the batteries, and when I put them back in a second time, he started right up, and kept interacting.
