Vintage Tabby of California Dress Peplum Waist Black White Crescent Moon M 80s
Beautiful vtg black and white midi dress by Tabby of California with short sleeves, a unique ruffle peplum waist design and an a-line pencil style cut depending on body shape.
The sizing was cut from the tag, but measurements are somewhere between a medium and a small large - please see pics. The waist cinches in with a stretchy elastic band that stretches.
It has 2 fixed circular decorative rhinestone embellishments near the collarbones that look like crystal brooches giving the dress an elegant look perfect for a business secretary cocktail party, or goth Halloween fit.
The dress does have some white spots along the ruffle area which I believe are manufacturer imperfections but I'm not sure, they blend with the design and aren't too noticeable.
It has traditional center back slit and shoulder pads.
